NEVADA RECOGNIZES A FATHER'S RIGHTS AS BEING EQUAL TO A MOTHER'S

Nevada recognizes the rights of a father as being equal to those of a mother.  Nevada law presumes that custody of a child should be shared equally between the two parents.  A Judge must, therefore, begin a case with the view point that custody should be shared.  In order to award anything other than joint custody, the Court must make a finding that joint custody is not in the child's best interests.

In spite of Nevada law, many Nevada fathers often are under the mis-belief that mothers have "all the rights."  The Ciciliano Law Office has gained primary custody of children for numerous fathers since our founding in 2006.  If you are a Nevada father, and you require legal representation, contact the Ciciliano Law Office immediately.

Our firm will begin most family law matters for $500 down.
